We process orders quickly and aim to get them shipped as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an estimated delivery time. Shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and order details. While we work to get every order out by the next business day, we do not ship on weekends. Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed during peak holiday seasons, especially two weeks before Christmas.

We make it easier than ever to get TuxMat delivered straight to your door with free shipping across Canada. The same goes for the contiguous United States—no extra cost. However, we do not ship to PO or APO boxes.

In some extreme cases, shipping to remote areas can be expensive. If that happens, we’ll advise you of the shipping cost at checkout.
